Sissy?... WTF!?!
Was Funimation thinking Peanuts (you know, as in Charlie Brown & Snoopy) when they wrote the dub version for Railgun?
I warn all diehard fans of this series, don't watch this dub! Not because of the voices not matching the characters personalities, but because of the subtle (actually subtle might be an under statement) dialog changes that cheapen the intent of the original story. I can't believe the original creators approved this dub script, I sure of hell wouldn't have. But after all CR did warn us in the comments, and OMG it's true.

Share the love, but watch one of the sub versions instead.

There's a dub for Index S1 also.  I wonder if it's as bad.

I believe they would need to alter the stories in a big way for a dub.  I think the world of Railgun/Index has to be understood in a Japanese context, which is what subtitles allow.  Dubs are more of a "it is here"; Subs are more "you are there".  And there are at least two issues which need a Japanese cultural context: 1. The roles assigned to the Catholic and English churches (which would baffle those who live with those institutions, whereas it's just creative and interesting seeing though the eyes of non-Christian cultures).  2. In Railgun, the scope of adolescent female relationships, like girls at certain ages flipping skirts or leaving love letters for other girls.

It seems like everything in sight is getting dubbed.  If they fail, there will still be room for fansubs.  If they succeed, there isn't.

I was communicating in english. Just a bit tired, been a long day. Anyways they be fixed, dude. And it wasn't a complaint, it was warning to all who love this series.

Really? .It's Subtle>Sudtle .It never fails to surprise me how many Non-English Anime fans complain about a language they have very a basic knowledge of.
