Here's a seeded torrent http://bakabt.me/162181-seikon-no-qwas...-flac.html I could upload the XviD for you since it's smaller but if you just have to have the .mkv file I could but I would have to split the file into 100mb since my upload speed isn't has good has my download speeds.

Turns out I was supposed to get episode 15. o_o I just tried the torrent and it wouldn't download. >_<

Can you upload 15 on mediafire or peejeshare? those are the only two hosts I can download from at full speed.
