"Is It Wrong to Expect a Hot Spring in a Dungeon?" Is the Title is it not?
You have "Is it wrong to try to pick up hot springs in a dungeon?" which make no sense to me?

That is the official English title by Sentai, not the actual literal translation of what was actually written. The team just didn't change the line when updating to dual-audio. Often times names of episodes / series are changed from there literal translation for official releases, heck just think about the anime known as ERASED for example. "Is it wrong to try to pick up hot springs in a dungeon?" is technically correct, while I agree that "expect" sounds better in English. I'd have probably changed it for the signs-only track, but technically it's what a lot of subbers would consider a "dubism".
